Join us this Sunday Brunch for the Hawaiian Musical Stylings of Anela Kahiamoe!
Anela was born in 1958 in Honolulu. His parents are William and Kaui Kahiamoe and siblings Sueno, Kanoe, Lori, Kalama and Luka.
His first success came with the group called Island band. They were very successful from their initial recording in 1976 and toured throughout Canada and opened for performers such as Elvin Bishop and Fleetwood Mac. In 1978 their song El Dorado reached number five on the top 40.
Still an islander, but on a somewhat different island in a different culture, Anela is looking forward to being showcased at the Waverley Hotel this Sunday May 18th, long weekend!
